HADC owns and operates about 50 affordably priced apartments and single-family homes for rent in central Allentown, ranging in size from studios to four bedroom apartments in multi-unit buildings to two, three and four bedroom, multi-level row houses.
To apply for one of HADC’s rental properties, please stop by the HADC office to fill out a Rental Application, or download and print a copy of the form here to complete before you arrive.
To verify your eligibility, please bring your three most-recent pay stubs along with proof of all other income and assets, including child support, alimony, Social Security, SSI, SSD, and pension payments you may receive or documentation of any annuities you may hold.
