Who is Eligible?

The sale prices of HADC’s North Street townhouses and rehabilitated homes are heavily subsidized with government dollars, so only buyers from certain income categories qualify to purchase a house.

The North Street townhouses and most of the rehabbed homes are restricted to households earning up to 80 percent of the region’s median income. At a few rehab properties, where noted, the household income limit is restricted to 50 percent of the area median income.

To determine your eligibility, add together the yearly income of everyone in the buyer’s household, and use the tables below to determine the eligibility limit.
